Will go nicely this evening with some fresh corn on the cob along with some fresh Louisiana strawberries with whipped cream.

Those look real good Tracker. I smoked some leg quarters, baby-back ribs, and sausage. Going to have tater salad and baked beans with them in just a few minutes. Enjoy those chops and happy Memorial Day.
