    Great looking rig and I know the sausage are great. Dwyane what kind of wood do you use.

    Good looking sausage. I like that smoker. Neat design. Next month I plan to make some myself.

    Me too, getting low here. We do a variety, link and patties. Some I smoke, some I don't. Patties are normally breakfast sausage with added real maple syrup. Excellent for biscuits and gravy. I tried some link sausage a fella gave me at work not long ago that he used Steen's cane syrup in which was outstanding as a snack sausage.

    Hook One - I believe he uses pecan like many of us use.

    Hook One, like Randy (Tracker) said, I did use pecan. That is the only wood we use for smoking. Some people like hickory but we stick with pecan.
