    Good report..... That Boston Butt looks great. It was good to see the boys as well as the black kitties again.

    Thanks you guys actually the smoke was a bit strong on purpose cause I cubed most of it for bean seasoning. The grill is stainless but I dont like to un season it.
    I just swap ends with it and put different ends of it on the hot side which burns 'most' of the goody off.
