​Thanks yall it is fun writing my rants and I appreciate yall comments. Cubes of the roast wound up in a bean soup last night that was wonderful assorted roots like carrot and peas and veggies and some pinto beans in a soup with the smokey pork was wonderful last night and will be even better today as things like that usually are.
