Thanks Fishervet... like i was talking about in the blog, yesterday we went down to the beach with some friends and chased after some redfish... It was a great day... but i knew that my scheduled cardio workout was waiting for me when i got home. (we have been using the wii fit program (biggest loser challenge) to track our weight, workouts, progress etc)
I was not thrilled with the idea of needing to workout after the day down at the beach... I was plum wore out... but i did it! felt good after... on a bonus note yesterday was the "weigh in day" and was down 3 lbs for the week!
