    Default Kyle field expansion

The new design of Kyle Field. They will actually lower the field to increase crowd noise as well.

Kyle Field expansion: Texas A&M stadium to be biggest in Texas, SEC - SBNation.com

I don't expect any replies, just felt like typing about it (Ann doesn't want to listen)

That's okay. When at work, I dress all pretty (I have a reputation to uphold ) - button up collared shirts, etc. Then, when you live way out in the country like us without the television, with only your spouse and the dogs, I enjoy it. Maybe it's just me, but I know who my best friend is.

Ann received her bachelors at Kentucky, then a masters at Virginia Tech. We did go up there a few times several years ago. Octoberfest which was serious. Texas A&M stills rules around here. She has no choice.

I managed to get a graduate degree at TAMU way back in the day. Everyone should attend at least one football game there. The place is filled with tradition. If you're sitting on the TAMU side you can't sit down unless the other side has the ball, you have to kiss your date when TAMU scores, can't walk on the grass around the student center, and they have plaques posted on the trees around campus for every TAMU student who was awarded the Medal of Honor (and there's a bunch).

I'll reply Randy. I had a couple crowns, so I'll use that as an excuse for what I'm going to say. I like Texas A&M. Been to the fire school there 3 times when I was a fire captain in our plant. Enjoyed the campus and the area. Good industrial fire training school. Have high regards for that school and glad they now compete in the SEC. You are not my only friend who graduated from there. I have a high school classmate who went 8 years there and received his doctorate with a 4.0 gpa for 8 years.

Dpisani, I remember the fire training school. Just about every day students could see heavy plumes of black smoke rising up from out around the airport. There was a lot in the news about it being one of the best in the country.

Tbone, second best that I personally attended. Mississippi State was the best run of the 4 schools that I attended.

Tal, I see you like the popcorn guy. Tbone and Danny, never did see the fire training school at A&M, even though I flew hundreds of times out of Easterwood. I did tour the nuclear power plant that runs A&M. That was amazing, the cores that were in ultra clean water, looked like they were in three feet of water were 150' deep! Quite an experience and education.
