Welcome to C.C. I live and fish NE of Greenville and fish the rivers and creeks. The crappie have a lot more choices of location in those waters than they do in many lakes. You have to figure out their patterns every time you go. Where they were yesterday doesn't mean that that is where they are today. Just a shift in the wind that effects the water level can change the whole game, and that can happen in just a few hours. The flow in a creek can suddenly reverse and it's a time to figure out where they went. I love it; it keeps you on your toes.
