All right you Tar Heels. Since y'all gonna want to fish in our S.C.water and try to sneak a few of the large slabs back across the line here is what I will do for ya. I will refund the cost of one 14 day permit to the N.C. fisherman that has to get one and then catches a 2 lb. or better crappie at the Challenge. It must come from S.C. water to be eligible. If more than one then biggest fish wins. Y'all understand this or I gotta draw pictures ? Let's go fishin !
