brush piles

It may be different depending on the body of water, but at my home lake, the law considers it littering.

I always figure they will "bother" me, so I try not to be seen by anyone. cold, rainy days seem to be best. late Sunday evenin is also good.

It is one of those things like dumping leftover minnows or cutting up fish for bait. Probably only matters if a ranger thinks it does.

Some places it is illegal, But I dont worry about that, I just do it when nobody is around, shadboy knows what I'm talking about.
