The quickest way, 64 East, hit the beltline going around Raleigh, get off on 70 W. towards Durham, (Crabtree Valley Mall) turn right on 50 or Leadmine (4th light i think), due north to the Hwy 50 boat ramp, opens at 8 am, but you didn't say what you were fishing for? This will get you in the lake, and it's huge!
