If your have an elderly parent or grandparent that you are around a lot watch to see if they are imagining things or seeing things. It is a BIG symptom of bladder/UTI infection in the elderly. It is strange that is a symptom in the elderly but it is. The infection is bad when that happens. Get them to dr for meds.
