    i'm all for boo'n cano last night at the home run derby, that was great and could'nt of loved it more! but tonight at the all star game the fan's yell out "chief's" at the end of the american anthem! what a shame!!! i'm emberrassed to be a KC FAN at the moment the kc people have showed such class the last few day's and then that..... GGGGGGRRRRRRR
    why do today what you can put off til tomorrow, go fishing instead!!!

    I missed that somehow, must've been mesmerized by the Stealth going over. I'm not in favor at all of any disrespect to the flag, anthem or anything that's supposed to be patriotic. I did rather enjoy them being on Cano and deservedly so.

    Have you ever been to a Chiefs game? Its a Kansas City tradition. I was at the Chiefs game the weekend after 9/11 and the stadium was so silent during the anthem you could hear a mouse pissing on a cotton ball.

    One of my best memories from when I was younger was being at a game with my Grandfather who was a veteran, my Father who is a veteran and my Brother who was in the military at the time and they all screamed Chiefs at the end of the anthem. If they dont have a issue with it then neither do I. Not trying to start a fight and I'm sure I'm in the minority on this but its just my opinion.

    I agree with you, Jeff. It's cheesy and disrespectful enough hearing it at a Chiefs game, but at a Royals game? Gimmie a break!

    'Course, I'm not a die-hard Chiefs fan, so...perhaps I'd feel differently if I were? Doubt it, but....
