    Sounds like great folks- glad to be in a state where this isn't uncommon. Seems like spring time brings the good nature out in most everybody. Most folks in that mobile home business I've lived and worked with are helpful people- kind of part of the community atmosphere I've seen in some of the parks I've lived in during my college years.
