I've harvested a lot of birds in my time and I've enjoyed every one of them. This wouldn't interest me in the least.
I've never "harvested" a bird or animal, I've just killed em, cleaned em, and ate em, that's a silly, liberal, PC term that doesn't make sense, just let's folks out of sayin exactly what they did, which is killed something. I harvest beans, cotton, rice, and my garden, and I barely ever need a gun, unless the rabbits are runnin out from behind the combine! You can't put a double lung shot on a carrot, if you shot it, you killed it!
