With the thought of all the unemployment and all, Let,s look back at the past. Our gov . and states has been looking at furture water supplys. Why not set up another program like they did with WPA. Iam 67yrs young. So far at our age we made it through it all. WE took our bumps and grinds. Take all unemployed start new progams, don't call it wpa. Call it help your self. WE need new water supplies, If you are under 55 you get payed a good wage, not prevailng , If on welfare and you don't want to work you lose it. Plain and simple.It would increase our water supply,help unemployment, boast the econmy,put people back to work help our own country.
