It's not going to help with your current condition, but you might pick up some saline spray and use it 2-3 times a week. I have some pretty bad sinus problems and it seems to help them out when I use it regularly. It's basically the same thing as a neti pot, just not such a pain in the butt. I use the CVS brand called "Sterile Saline Nasal Mist" .. pretty good stuff, but need to use it regularly.
