Well, to say it was a disaster would be saying it went well. Which it certainly did NOT!
I arrived at the VA hospital in Fayetteville at 0430. Did the lab thing, and went up to the 3rd floor and signed in for the procedure.
When they took me to the area where you get ready for your procedure, they started asking questions like, do you have any pain? are you awake?
yada yada yada. ell, I screwed up and said yes I had some chest pain.
From there on, it was like a chinese fire drill!! they started an IV, took me to the ER, had over 7 tubes of blodd drawn from me, and X-rays, etc.
Then they decided which room I was to be in, and when I got there, It started all over again.
Well, I escaped this afternoon at 2pm, and came home. I have to go back on thursday, to show them I am still alive & can survive their 2 hour
demolition derby down there & back.
But, I humbly thank everyone for their well wish's and the like! Hopefully, I will see ALL of you at the Fall Crappie Camp to thank ALL of you in person!
Wow..... what an ordeal. Hang in there.
