well I hate to be a spoil sport but you better sit your butt at home, now you can walk, maby after a roudy rockfest you wont, take it from a man who climbed for 20 years then got hurt, take care of your self or the wheel chair may be a new life style. nothing wrong with a wheel chair life style just a new learning curve to go through. be safe

I'd be more concerned for my health right now instead of the rockfest. There will always be more of them.:o

Sorry to hear it. I also suffer from severe back trouble and have been through surgery and all the pain clinics youbcan think of. If you are even thing about going to rockfest you are very very lucky. Hope you have a speedy recovery from this and can continue with your job. Beagleman knows first hand what can happen when things go wrong with climbing. We don't want you to turn out as onery as him. Good luck and beat wishes for a full and painfree recovery.

None of the back, neck, knees, hips, ankles, shoulders, elbows, wrists, fingers, toes pain is any good! I'm lucky I guess my back doesn't bother me too much...just once in a while, but my knees are shot...except for the fake one. Good luck on your recovery, like they say, you can rock out anytime...but you gotta get healthy first!

Wow that sucks, I bow hunt a lot and last year I broke down and bought a safety harness. I never fell out off a tree yet but it's better safe than sorry. My kids will be at Rockfest, they wanted me to go but I had my share of rock concerts growing up, maybe thats why my hearing sucks. I hope you have a fast recovery!!!!!!!!!!
