Default Thumbs up to BPS customer service

Went out today and peeked under the cover to make sure all was good, do that every few days when I haven't had the boat out for a couple weeks, and noticed that on my onboard charger the only light on was the blue(power) led and it was blinking. Went over everything and determined it must have some internal problem, called BPS and spoke to the guy in marine electronics. He determined it definitely had problems and needed replaced, so I took it out and took it in there. As luck would have it they have a new model this year and it's several dollars more than what I paid for this one, it's a XPS i series 3 bank 15 amp. Without any question they replaced my defective last years model with a brand spanking new this years model at no extra cost to me.

Lots of times we hear about when there's bad customer service and I felt like sharing a good experience I had. I don't necessarily like spending my money at BPS, I can usually beat the price and for sure don't like paying the higher sales tax there vs. other places but they stepped up earned a little respect from me today.Thumbs Up

Thanks for the note, seems as though good customer services is a dying breed........ sure is nice to hear a positive story. I've had great luck with Cabelas, and also with BPS the couple of times that I had issues with a purchase. Glad to hear they treated you right.
