i lay mine on a old window screen untill dried out , then vacum seal and freeze. when ya want them just unthaw and place in water..... they come right back to life. i have done this for years... good luck

the link above discusses dehydrators.... it WILL work.
Yep dehydration works great. I dehydrated some a couple of years ago and then put them in the freezer. Only takes a few minutes to bring them back to life in water.
For years(when I find enough!!) I have breaded and PARTIALLY fried mine, then lay out in a single layer on waxed paper to freeze. Then bag.
I've had fried mushrooms for Thanksgiving and for Christmas before....they are great...don't thaw them at all! Just drop them into the oil...only takes a minute or two.
I cook mine half done then freeze take out make sure grease is hot, cook for a minute then take out, works for me
