I think with Johnson if you have to pay him whether you cut him or keep him I would put him on the practice squad and free up a roster spot for someone who wants to play. As far as his comment's about Haley, I agree with him about Haley but I know if I talked like that about my boss at work I wouldn't have a job.

I am going to with hold my comments on Haley. Granted he was a hot shot out west. But the way I feel like Haley came in to a team in a total mess. So many players who were just marginal at best had to be looked at. Then working with new coaches that were hired he has to learn how they talk and think. I for one think he should have another year before we run his body up the flag pole.
Look it is just like Headbanginhillbilly said he would never talk to his boss like the way LJ did because he would be fired. There is such a time either in business or as a team sport you have to feel everyone out. Some bosses or people working under you don't want to hear that their idea is the most stupidest idea ever come up with. And most people don't respond to new ideas. It takes time to develope working relationships either in business or in sports.
I have had bosses that I could just come out and tell them what I thought bad or good. And they respected me and took me serious. I have had others that if I came out and told them what I thought it seemed like they wanted to black list me or something. Because they were the ones who thought they knew everything and were not open to any new ideas. I feel like anyone who has a closed mind is worthless myself. I personally try to learn something new every day.
LOL, If you would have told me I would be fishing with a 10' rod and catching crappie 2 years ago I would have said you were crazy! Thank you OSS, Ron, Jigging15 and Bugman!
