The conservation map shows some contour depths which will be helpful in exploring the lake. Since I'm not much of a crappie fisherman, I'll have to locate some fish before I take my grand kids. I want them to have some action when we go.
The end of April and first week of May should be a good time.
Thanks again for sharing your info and pictures.
The Springfork lake close to Sedalia looks interesting too. I'll have to do some research on it. Thanks.
there are a lot of different depths in that lake. that's what i like about it...even though the lake is filled with timber there is a lot of it i just skip over now. not that i hav'nt tried the whole lake over a million time's but have learned a few spot's not to waste time on. i should be around and kick'n sometime in early april and i will be more than happy to do the best i can to put you on them!!! may seem's to be the best time i have found as far as really being able to slay them. and i will be more than happy to take you right to the spot's i have found that have produced the best for me. hopefully they will produce like they have the last two year's and there place's you would'nt even think to stop and fish. til i finally accidentally did one day
why do today what you can put off til tomorrow, go fishing instead!!!
