Thread: Spawn still on.

Took my wife out today and fished the upper Grand Arm, tried spider rigging at first and caught 6, then started throwing a jig under a bobber to the bank and catching some nice ones.
Figured the spawn was about over but all but one female still had eggs, the only place we could catch them is where there was a tree or brush laying in the water off the bank. When we caught a nice male a big female would be in the same spot but it took several throws to get them to bite, seemed the females wanted in moving fast.
