I like the idea of some higher water for Twain. right now my favorite spawning spots are high and dry. but for the Missouri, I prefer the more normal water levels with the wingdikes showing, at least for most of the year, except june when the mulberries are falling. when there is 10ft of water under a ripe mulberry tree, you never know what you might catch!
