Any given GPS is gonna be off by a few feet anyway. I've always been told you use the GPS waypoint to get you close enough, then use your graph to find the actual brushpile or stump. The difference between the GPS Unit itself and the antenna will just add that much more difference, but I don't think any of it is insurmountable.
