Dang not sure how I got that. I just seen the A in your boat numbers did not think about Arizona. Not many posters on here from Arizona. Nice fish no matter what state you are from.

my first boat was two car hoods welded together. they worked fine where I fished, now 18' bass tracker, 40 hp motor, 80lb trust trolling motor, fish stockton in 30 mph wind and can stay afloat and it rides as smooth and some of the big boats, top speed is 28 mph I extended the front deck 38in and made storage and fishing area, but If I ever get enough money to buy a big boat I am going to buy the biggest champion or skeeter I can get. and put the smallest motor that will handle it and put a recliner up front and fish my big butt off, and I ain't jokin,

I believe you and I can't wait to see you on the water in your recliner someday. :D
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, rather to skid in sideways, body used up and totally worn out screaming 'WOO~HOO what a ride!'

I have a 2072 Lowe Roughneck, it's one big boat and has enough room in the floor to hold a pretty good size square dance. The draw back is the wind and the tall sides of the boat, just went from a 55lb trolling motor to an 80lb which helped a lot but still a constant fight to stay in one spot in the wind.
I used to build the Nitro bass boat and repaired the fiberglass, flake and gel coat for several years and swore I would never have a fiberglass boat, but I'm thinking about buying a Skeeter in the next couple of years and see how I like it.
But I will still keep my big white boat (Miss Moby) for catfishing.

I fish mostly on reelfoot lake their are alot of stumps under the water so I use a aluminum boat but if I was going to fish down in Mississippi at sardis or grenada much I would want fiberglass.
