Sounds like you don't want to run flat out at this lake. What are the numbers for normal pool. For Kentucky Lake it's 359ft above sea level. If I get the HotSpot Maps the normal pool #'s will help me determine the coreect depth of the water.

    LOL, Define "normal".

Winter pool is 193, and summer pool is 215.

It is right around 202 right now.

Hope that helps. It will be higher if we get rain before you get here.

It is fairly safe to rum WOT on most open water, but you will want to back out of it when you start seeing stumps.

Disclaimer: if you hit a chunck of concrete in open water, I cannot be held responsible..:D
Thanks Ralo79 thanked you for this post

You think with the water down someone would mark that stuff to keep people, locals and out of towners, from tearing out thier lower units on that stuff. I mean that stuff is dangerous. It's not like Reelfoot where you don't dare run wide open across the middle because you know the chances of hitting are stunmp are probably 90%. Anyway, I'll just make sure the bilge is working and I have two buckets to bail with in case I hit some "structure". :D

Pstone...Thanks for those numbers they will help when I'm looking for certain depths of water.
