You do and have worked on a lot more engines than I have but right or wrong I'm sticking with non. I guess I'm gonna fit into the 'ol geezer category. Help me! I've become my 'ol man.

Not sure of your engine year model but some of the 2007-8 and older engines didn’t have ethanol compliant fuel lines and non would be my choice in those but only because of the fuel lines. Those lines would do exactly what you described. Changing the fuel lines will relieve that issue and Ethanol will run fine in them after the change. I agree to Each their Own tho. With no dog in that fight, it’s definitely and individuals choice.
