That’s not the whole story. I own a lawn maintenance company and we use approximately 25 gallons of ethanol mixed fuel per week in string trimmers and blowers. We NEVER have fuel related issues. Bottom line is no matter what fuel you choose to use, if it sits up, you are absolutely going to have fuel issues. Even non ethanol fuel will go bad in a couple of months and lose its kick. The biggest issue with ethanol fuel is the gum, varnish and moisture that builds up as it ages. Use a quality fuel stabilizer and wash your hands forever with fuel troubles.
