Sounds tough, persistence is key and more importantly fishing where the fish are. I'm thinking they can be caught on the Rez with cranks, but the long liners seem to shine a bit more down there it looks like. Wouldn't get to discouraged, I've noticed on a lake that the fish should be slamming cranks aren't really all that much like in the past. Others are keeping up with the normal routine and I get to go further south tomorrow to see if they are liking them down there or not. I will have my pushing rods in the boat just for backup though. Always prepare to be versatile and have the ability to swap up tactics if need be. Of course, you need to fine tune each tactic before you have any confidence in it, so either stick with them and learn them or move onto something else. One thing I've learned here is Clifford don't have much patience, if he don't catch a crappie in an hour he wants to go after stripes, cats, shrimp, or what have ya
