if was me and had the other batteries meaning 4 12 volt batteries and need more trolling time I would wire the 2 batteries in series for24 volts twice then wire them in parallel for the 24 volts with more amp hours !!!

ok. This was what I was kind of looking for. So, basically this set up would give me about twice running time? I do have an on board 3 bank charger which obviously wouldn't work in this scenario. Two to my trolling and 1 to my crank

you would have to get another 2 bank charger !!!
