I didn't know we had any in Ms. I was told around Bull Shoals that the water had to be 40 something degrees of so them to live.

3 per person per day. Biggest I heard of being caught so far this year was 18 inches.

Biggest crappie to date is 3 lb 9 oz at grenada in 1988. Still hangs on my wall.

They stocked them in the small lake during wintertime for the past few years. 600 this year.

Congrats on your trout catching. I really enjoy catching them. If they are breaking water I will put a trout magnet on a jig and add the weighted floater about four feet. Also will applied a crappie nibble and add a split shot between jig in floater. Won't take long to limit out. I like to take the trout and grind them up in meat grinder. Make some of the best fish patties you can eat on a sandwich.

White rooster tail 1/8 oz. some folks used corn or power bait. Some were caught jigging around the dock. They never sit still they are constantly moving or making laps around the lake- we caught these yesterday. Name: IMG_6916.jpg
