Well now that I know about the owners I'm doing a little digging. I'm finding some interesting stuff, seems they may not only be keeping the taxpayers out, there is a possibility that we are funding there little private paradise, to some extent via subsidies. Can't make any accusations yet, but I will keep looking into it.

I'm looking at it right now, looks like there is a truck hooked up to 2 jet skis on a double trailer right next to the building.I live about 15 minutes from there, and it was a blow to me when it was closed to the public. The bream fishing was good, and the crappie was fair to good with a 10" MLL. After it closed, I went over and sat at the barricade next to the railroad tracks for a good while during prime duck and deer season. I never heard a shot at any time I went there on several occasions. If there ain't no shots, there ain't no ducks, OR there ain't no hunting going on. Who knows what is going on over there!
If you look at it on google earth, there's a good sized building on the west side of the lake with a boat ramp. Wonder what's going on in there! MYSTERY!!
