Just put the game warden hot line in your phone, and call in the boat numbers of the people that are keeping short fish. That's about all you can do, except confront them, and you know what that leads too...

I see this posted ALL the time and often wonder: "Do they call in tag numbers of everyone speeding by them on the interstate?"
Seriously guys, I got enough to worry about in my boat without worrying about what the others are doing around me, I mind my business and can assure you if someone tries to tend to mine I would tell em where to get off pretty quick, just as most everyone else would.
