    choctaw,skuna-turkey,and torreance ramps you dont have a permit and most of the time you can get anywhere you want to fish from these ramps provideing we dont have a low water spawn.then that's a whole differant story.

    I wish they would be able to keep Scuna-Turkey cleaned out, water has to be at 211 for me to unload.
