Got five Crappie had 2 spoonbills one got off at the bank. Crappie just wasn't in there to thick last night. My sons Friend landed this one on a crappie pole. There were a few good spots but they were taken and guarded like Fort Knox!

You go to loose jigs, if you aint getting hung you aint fishing. We had heater issues this morning so I didn't get to go, thought about going this afternoon but when I check the game cams this morning they say different so I will be headed to the stand shortly. May try it early in the morning, saw the same thing the other night, what hot spots it was were guarded. Did find some fish deep before I tore up a reel and had to go. Got my junk together now tho and won't be leaving because of equipment the next time.

Well, I just got back from Grenada spillway, and my report is not good! I am really tired from getting in bed a 11:30 PM after the Ole Miss game, and getting up at 0530(that's 5:30 AM for you fellas that are not accustomed to military time). I plan to post a thread tomorrow about my "trip". Stand by and grab a bag of popcorn, because it will be an epistle!!
