Had a nice day on Barnett today, weather was nice. Started fishing around 8 this morning. Fished near the S curve in the river channel finished with 22 nice keepers. Had a nice Day off from work.😀

By far my favorite crappie lake being that I am a bank fisherman. I caught about 16 or 17 keepers on the 30th and I was thinking about posting the pic yesterday but I guess it wouldn't make much sense to post fish I caught 2 weeks ago. Are you familiar with a spot called the turnaround? That's where I caught them at from 1-3 in the morning

I catch a good many there during the spawn. They'll get up next to the rocks over at the breakers condos

Are those the condos on dyke road right next to pelican cove resturant? Small red ones?

nah, the big 2 story ones across from Red Dot. They come into the rocks to Spawn. You'll be sitting there not getting a bite, then all of the sudden, it's like someone turned the flood gates on. BAM, fish after fish for 45 minutes to an hour, then nothing. Just have to be at the right place at the right time
