I have read a lot of the information on here and have somewhat of an idea of the gear needed. What I would like is a few pics of how you rig your setup for pushing (I live in Missouri now so I guess you have to Show Me.... bad joke I know.). I don't mind if its simply drawn out on paper with pencil or a pic of an actual setup. Would just like to have a good idea of how everything needs to be before I start buying weights, swivels, etc. Thanks in advance for the help.
