    DO NOT PUSH DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE TROLLING MOTOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Didn't plan to, but with 15 or 20 feet of line out on a 14 or 16 foot poll, a fish could, technically, reach the trolling motor. Even if you are fishing 90 degrees off of the bow. Just wondered if it ever happened.

    Uhh, heck yeah it happens. Don't ask how I know. Want to give pushing cranks a try.......

    I turn my rack so it faces out the side. No problems that way unless you turn to quickly.
