I know crappie are affected by flow and I have noticed different spots produce under different flow conditions.

How does flow affect the way/where you fish? Have you noticed a certain flow rate where things change dramatically?

Absolutely. If you've ever River fished rate of flow means everything. Fish are lazy by nature and are gonna position themselves where the pickings are easiest.
