Got a buddy who bought a double wide 3 bed/2 bath, full length covered deck, two sheds, 40x60 pole barn, 3/4 acre chain link fenced lot, 2 miles from dam....under 25k....neighborhood is a little rough though.

I know where a good buy is on the south side of the lower lake around near Wallace's bait shop. Guy just wants it sold since his family has passed away.

It is a fully covered trailer (they built a roof over it and the screened in part is tied in to that roof) with a screened in porch running the entire length of the trailer, storage shed and a separate garage/boat shed.

Be careful at the hotel gig . Remember last year man got killed over somepunk stealing equipment out of his boat!!!!!Just sayin!!!!!
