I've used 2 18"ers for cranking.
Sounds like a real deal on those 36"ers Randle. Are they the reinforced PVC type?

I guess so. They are kind of a yellow vinyl type sock. I would think the ripstop type material would store better. I would have never used a sock before, but I was going down the isle in the local academy and saw them at a bargain last summer. I am now a firm believer in using a drift sock.
Hey feelay post some pix if n you can.
They also have an 18in. http://www.amazon.com/Package-Anchor...ef=pd_sim_sg_5
Not pushing Academy just think they have a great deal and want to share. Free shipping on over $39 you could get 2 socks and 2 floating tow ropes for about $60 bucks.

RCC these were 2 for 30 and free shipping, besides 30 might be too big.
They said in the description that they were 30" Long. Didn't give the diameter!!!!!!
