A limit is a limit and DOES NOT make a difference how you catch them as long as it is LEGAL!!! What am I missing here?

Well.... Butla is at 217.27 at 8:00 pm on 4-11 and rising!!! That's 5.5 ft today.. The good Lord looks after his own. High water will protect the hatch this year with all the grass and buckbruch. It's just one big Cycle!!!!!!!

Is it legal to use Yoyo's at butla? If so, how many can I put out and how many hooks can I put out per Yoyo? There are 10 or 12 guys at church that have never caught a 3 lber and I feel like this is there best chance.

Makes sense but it's a well known fact with the locals at Arkabutla that "a guy named Handi was trolling down here and caught every keeper last year". I gotta go with Handi on this one.
