    Default okatibbee lake 9/5/2010


    i pulled cranks at okatibbee lake for about a hour this morning i didnt start fishing till 10am and stopped fishing around 11am because the wind was crazy high i caught 13 crappie and 1 catfish but only had 6 keeper crappie and 1 catfish. top crankbait was chrome clown.

    Way to go Wade. I am heading out here in a minute to go get some more Bandits.....I am, going to look for that color.

    thanks. that chrome clown color is what allmost all of my fish are caught on i have tryed alot of the bandits colors and wm cranks but that chrome clown is what those crappie want down here.

    I never even heard of that color until you guys started tearing them up on the East slide. You can bet I'll have a few soon tho.

    Way to go Mike. My wife and I camped this weekend at the lake. We pulled cranks yesterday morning and kept 15. We got most of ours on solid chartreuse.
