    Default Dalewood 8-28-10


    Pulled cranks at Dalewood this morning until I got called to work. Only had 6 crappie and 2 catfish. Smallest crappie was 13 inches and the 2 biggest were 18. If I ever get me some line counter reels and long trolling rods it will be on!

    Michael were they black or white crappie? For some reason I thought most of the crappie in Dalewood were blacks. Sure some nice ones.

    It is a homeowners lake here in Lauderdale county. Have heard it has some biggun's in it. Seems so.

    I'd love to see an 18" black crappie, what do you figure they weighed? Any houses on the market?

    I don't know if they were blacks or not, I was just wondering. 18" sounds more like a white crappie to me.
