minner tipped jigs G. Me sitting there with my propane space heater tweenst my legs trying to keep warm and pulling in some nice fish out of the welfare hole. LOVE that time of year and the cold cold weather keeps alot of folks at home
Ya'll knock it off. How am I supposed to outpace this thread if ya'll keep yacking on it like a couple of old women?
Wannabe...
What kind of heater do you have DD? I have a Mister Heater it works good but if there is a lot of wind sometimes it will blow it out.
I never thought about a heater..... Hmmmmmmm....
it's a coleman. Just the head and stand, then you screw the bottle on it and light it. We had the wind problem at Washingtin this winter at the first FJ. Wouldn't stay lit for nothing and poor nessa froze son, let me tell ya
those heaters work good. Only thing you have to worry about is when you bring a fish in, make sure you don't let the line touch it or you'll be retying your setup. Don;t even ask me how I know that
I usually just set mine down on the lower floor of the boat and not up on the platform....that helps it stay lit better..... then I can use it to warm my hands up after sticking them in that cold minnow bucket etc.
