    Does anyone keep notes about their fishing trips?I have thought about doing it but just havent started.I might start the first of year.Will be interesting to see the relation to wate temp, moon phase,barometric pressure and water clarity.

    Trout,I have kept a record of barometric pressure, moon phase, lake, number of fish caught since 2003.I get the info after I get home from the trip & keep it on Yahoo calendar. I have not been able to establish a pattern.So why do I still do it? I don't know???????

    I found a great log sheet on BassResource.com that details just about everything. If I think about it I can bring copies of it to the next meeting for everybody, if they are interested.

    I know moon phase and barometer have a big influence on my success and know several others that can look at conditions and pretty accurately predict their success. I just go when I get the time and make the best of it.
