    Default Christmas trip anyone?

My fishing partner and myself will be going to Lake Talquin in Quincy Florida between Christmas and New Years. We will be leaving Christmas night late and will be there 3 or 4 days. The cabins at Lake Talquin Lodge are about 60 per night and its about an 8 hour drive.Should be some good fishing there and shorts sleeves probably. This lake kicked my butt in February of this year so this is a revenge trip for us.I think when we went before it cost us about $225 each for diesel license ,lodging and food.No alot of money for a good trip.So if anyone is interested let me know.Would like to have a few go.

Sounds like fun and I would like to go, but you know what I'll be doing.

Talquin is a great crappie lake! Caught my biggest to date there in 2002, 2lb 15oz. I'd like to go back but can't this year.

Man! Them boys in south Ga. are regularly wearing 'em out. That lake must be the cream of the crop when it comes to slab crappie!
