    Default hello

I figured with all the cold weather this site would be real busy but I guess not.

I lost a good rod and reel right under the Bridge on Normandy yesterday. If you all can find it, you can give it back to me.

Looked around in Cabelas the other day. Held a St. Croix 5' dock shooting rod that had a $130 price tag on it. I put it down real quick before they charged me for lookin at it. Nice rods though. Very light weight but not much backbone in the bottom of the rod. Glad I didn't have the credit card with me, lots different than BPS.

I respooled all my reels this past Saturday with fresh line in preparation for the big one. Went though 1800 yards of P-line. I have some reels that need replacing badly and will have to watch the sales. I purchased a couple of underspins that I plan on trying this spring but have my suspect about casting with those. I think that they are great for jigging as I have already decided that.
