With the gathering just around the corner I thought I would ask what is need as far as supplies. I have a double basket fryer and a single basket fryer and propane tanks that I can bring if no one else is. I can also bring all the oil, fish coating, paper towels and serving pans for the fish fry. I can help cook the fish, too.
